Halloween costume ideas?
ok, since last year i have been wanting to be Jem from Jem and the Holograms, its an old 80′s cartoon that i used to LOVE when i was a kid. But they don’t sell her costume any where can any one give me some good ideas of how 2 put together a “Truly Outrageous” Jem costume 4 this year? ( if you watched the show you’d get the “Truly Outrageous” part LOL Thanks in advance!!
