Is it illegal to walk through a city wearing a gumby costume?
Is there anything illegal about walking through a city streets, maybe dancing a little, whilst wearing a gumby costume?
Some cities may have local ordinances whereby you re not permitted to cover your face.
You may fall foul of street entertainment licences in some cities (london Convent Garden for example) but unless you are soliciting money or advertising, you should be fine.
I don’t know where one might get a gumby costume tho’.
