The costumes used in ‘A Clockwork Orange’?
I love the book/movie ‘A Clockwork Orange’ with a passion. I wanted to see the movie for a long time, but I decided to read the book first, I did and fell in love with it. I watched the movie, fell in love with it as well. As in most movies there will always be differences in it than the book. I just thought, the movie should’ve made the costumes look more like they did in the book, anyone else agree?
The costumes in the film were still visually striking, and have in fact become iconic. I say this having never seen the film but having read the book several times. So even if the costumes weren’t entirely faithful to the novel, at least they fulfill their purpose in complementing the characters.
