What’s title of horror movie about Halloween?

Please help me to remember the horror movie of late 80′s early 90-ies. Boy and girl meet on Halloween. She – in costume Snow White, and he – Count Dracula.
The only one I can think you mean in Trick ‘r Treat (Dougherty, 2007), an American horror/comedy film that contains 5 inter-twining stories about various people on Halloween. In that, Principal Wilkins (Dylan Baker) is dressed up as a vampire, and attacks a woman who is dressed in a Snow White outfit at a street carnival – obviously, because it’s Halloween, everyone passing believes that it’s her costume and not her real blood.
