You obviously have access to the internet… Look online for an internet store that can ship to your location! Another way would be to check your local business directories and see which ones offer costumes. A little legwork is involved, yes, but patience will get you through the search.
Of course, you could always make your own costume… If you have access to nylons and stuffing you could make four additional legs, dress all in brown, and go as Anansi the Spider (spelling? I think it’s right, but I can’t remember :*[ ) for Halloween.
