My little sister who is 11 is so excited about halloween that she is already looking for a costume. You can look in the teens tween sections. She wants to be something sexy but no alice in wonderland,disney princess, etc. She is going to a halloween costume party with her friends, and she really wants to win the contest. She loves dancing, so she has to be able to move in it but it can still be tight. She went on my profile and asked this question
