How can i make my halloween costume look scary without cutting it or any thing i wanna make it look scary for my halloween party what should i buy with it to do this? tnx

use face paint
drape black fabric over the skirt
drape spider webs/gauze white fabric
wear lots of dark makeup
put scar on your face
add black accessories-necklace, belt, earrings
