What is that dull black colour called?
There is a non shiny black colour that some rich people paint their car i think i heard it called mach black but that makes no sense, it is the colour of rod dyrdrek’s black cars that he talks about in one of his episodes. I think it can only be done in costume car shops bt im not sure please answer quickly, thanks
matt black is one of many ways to do a car finish, it is actually easy to maintain, easy to fix, and less bothersome than having a really expensive paint job on a car, expensive paint jobs are easy to get messed up in today’s day and age, some people target and key or damage nice paint jobs for no reason, plus you have to worry about parking in say a busy store, people open doors not paying attention, I never cared, until I had a really nice charger that I spent a lot of money painting, then it seem like much more of a hassle, I have had black trucks and personally would rather have a finish that is not some custom color that is expensive to get redone. more than likely, they used a semi flat black paint .
